A short run-through of a hypothetical, future workflow allowed us to tinker with a range of techniques. Good things.
Brief
Having done a fair amount of work with Over, they asked us to collaborate on a proof of concept for what the future of the app could be. From filming a short POV sequence to tracking and overlay animation, they needed us to bring a set of concept layouts to life.
Process
The key factor was a bulletproof track and screen replacement setup, for a location that would have limited light and background control. From there, basic 2D animation and sound design was built to piece together a short but detailed sequence.
